New rear view mirror
I was having a problem with the vibration in my rear view mirror and I have read other people were having similiar issues. (On the highway with sunroof open it was impossible to tell if the car 50 yards behind you was a cop) Theres finally a fix, and they put in a new one. Its from the 2010 IS convertible. Picture is kindy fuzzy but you get the idea. Its a little bit bigger than the old one but problem is gone unless your rockin out on the ML

Nice fix...
I just got mine replaced this morning... World of difference. I really like the configuration of the buttons being on the front and more visible as well...

My mirror vibrates like crazy but I always attributed it to being an IS

So do I just call them up and them let them know the problem and they'll deal with it? Or Someting else?
I told them my problem back in May and at that time they said there was nothing they could do but they thought there would be a TSB in June or July. I called in July and they replaced under warranty.
