Default I work at a dealership

It is actually really Normal for dealership to charge customers to reset there light . I get people all the time that come in that want there light reset because they gotten there car oil change eles where and that mechanic didn’t have the computer system to reset and I also know that resetting the oil lights on Toyota and Lexus IS very easy . Dealership are always greedy. But it’s like going to the doctor u still gotta pay co pay for peoples time if you want them to do somthing. But in your case it was somthing very simple . But at the dealership if you don’t know anything and there busy they will try to get over on you and charge you for there time . They run a business I understand you bought 3 cars which your a great customer but service department is different from sales department.

Default

This is in the owner's manual of the GS F. Resetting the reminder is even easier than the IS F.
