Stock wheel question
I have a set of stock 2008 IS-F wheels in Like new condition, they are a grey anthracite finish. I'm considering selling them to buy different wheels and do performance mods on the is-f. The tires are bridgestones, 80% tread up front, 50% in the rear. I would sell them together. This is not a feeler thread, looking for legitimate input so i can get an idea on price. Thanks.

I'm sure my CL reputation has been forever tarnished by my horrible first post. I'm well aware of what search does, unfortunately the search function was/is not working for me properly. Not my first rodeo in an online forum. Do you think the classifieds is a better forum? Seeing as how I said this is not a feeler nor that I'm trying to sell the wheels in this thread.
Would anyone else like to chime in with some helpful input rather than trying to big time me. I didn't post this in the for sale forum because the opinions in here would be more reasonable rather than a bunch of IS250 driving IS-F fanboys trying to tell me my wheels are worth $50 and pack of mentos so they can then try and buy them. I appreciate all insight guys.

You can probably find a buyer for the wheels for $2k. I don't know if many would want to pay extra for the tires or not (stock Bridgestones?).
I have seen multiple people try to sell stock wheels for $3k. They just sit there and inevitably there is a bumppppp to 2500, then lower and lower. The last set of wheels I saw had a little curb rash on them and went for $1500. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the input. My wife stole the IS-F today so I didn't get a chance to look at the model of tires but I'm 99% sure they're not potenzas judging by the tread on the bottom. I had $3k as the number in my mind, if I have to come down on that, its' cool. I'm by no means desperate to sell them. Anyone know the weight of our stock wheels?
Oh, and the car my wife stuck me with this morning was our modded 335xi, I mean life could be worse. LOL

Stock wheels regardless of tires move at $2k. Anything more and you'll wait a long time. Up to you to decide how long you want to wait before you lower the price to $2k and move them.
