Default BCR spring rate

Hey guys I know there was a thread on this before I tried to find it and couldn't. What spring rate should I go with? I'm looking for better track performance but still a good ride on the street if I soften them up. Thanks.

For track use I recommend the KW V3's

On my BCR's I went for 16K and 14K

on my track set up I am using 22k and 18k.. FYI KW COMPETITIONS. if you are tracking your car hardcore otherwise 16k and 14k will work great..

What track rubber are you going to use? That will make a difference also.

I am currently using BC racing coilovers for my car and am dissapointed that Circuit motorsports did not notify me about optional spring rates. So anyone who do look into BC coilovers, please research more into it.

What spring rate did CM put on your BCR order and what would you have gone with? I am looking into coilovers for my F also; it is a car that is primarily used as a DD, with occasional track events, so I have additional research to do myself.

I have given the input of what spring rate to you on BCR's but i think that 18k and 16k would be better. the car has a high roll point and its heavy. The spring does alot but the valve does more. i think the BCR IS-F set up should be at 18k and 16k for the standard.
