Great numbers sikky is the car approaching 500bhp with the drivetrain loss at the wheels? Looking forward to the dyno results and other F's with the headers. What is the micro processor some type of ecu piggyback?

Posted by Sikky on the LexusF forums.......

"Well, ladies and gentleman........it was worth the wait.

Before the Sikky headers the test subject ISF running a cat back exhaust and intake made an average of 367 wheel hp and 327 wheel torque.

After the Sikky headers the same car put down an average of 416.5 wheel hp and 349.4 wheel torque

The Sikky headers gained an average of 50 peak hp and 23 peak tq at the wheels. Keep in mind that the gains were very large across the rpm range

All testing done on a Dynapack dyno with SAE correction

We will test a few more headers on a couple other local ISF's in the next week or two to broaden our test group and then they will be officially released to the public. If your local to the Baltimore area and would like to be in this test group send us an email.

The headers will come with ceramic coating to keep engine bay temps down and hp up. Also included is a new dipstick tube, hardware and our micro processor that keeps the ecu happy as well as detailed installation instructions. Retail price will be $1495.

First production run will only be 25 so if your interested we recommend you backorder a set. They are up on our site at and can now be ordered. We hope to ship all orders within two to three weeks.

dyno video and dyno graphs hopefully posted up here tomorrow."

Nice gains! I'll wait for Elite's numbers (they should be out soon) and compare both systems. I think we need to see the dyno graphs and pictures as well, not only the peak numbers. Also getting information about that micro processor is a must.

I'm definitely getting one, does anyone know a place in South Florida that can do the installation?

Very Nice to see some final gains...

The testing they did with the Sikky headers included the PTS-JoeZ Exhaust & Intake...

I would be very interested in seeing the gains on just the headers alone on a Base IS-F....

That way we can see what the gains are on the headers alone.

Heck.. I'm even interested in picking of a set of headers for my IS-F!!!
(Disclosure -> since we have NO plans to create a set)

Looks like more Performance mode for the IS-F!!!

Any shop with good knowledge can do the install. AWD Motorsports will probably do my work.

Cant wait to drop the motor and have everything ported while the best headers (Sikky vs Elite) are getting installed.
After this addition my car should be finished within a month or so

To the best of my knowledge the micro processor basically keeps the O2 sensor happy. It's not a tune. The headers themselves made the power. The tubes were made as long as possible for maximum power gains. They look sick sitting in there from under the car. They snake all around in a very tight space. Sikky made an awesome product. It took a long time because they wanted to bring out the best possible product without having any problems. And the sound!!!! WOW!!!!!!! Is all I gotta say.

Is there room for a cat, or is this a cat-less only set up?

If the headers are ready and they're taking pre-orders, why can't we have some pictures in here?
