When driving at an angle onto or off of driveways, I can hear the car creak a little. Especially the dash and some body panels on the side of the car. Does anyone else get that? My S2000 with a droptop didn't even creak.

 

Because it's a unibody sedan, it's natural to have chassis flex, especially with a moonroof. I get a click or a creak from time to time when I angle hard on steep driveways.

 

yeah i get the same thing first time i heard it i thought my roof was bending...scared the crap out of me....

 

I get them when my car has been sitting in the cold all day at the train station.

 

I get it as well, especially on colder days (it never gets really cold down here). Nothing to worry about it, just the frame and body flexing

 

when sould i worry MIke when my roof pops off or my door falls off! lol

 

LOL, nah...not to worry, It's not typical of Domestic fare.

I'm no expert when it comes to the details of cars but if your roof or door pops off then you might want to bring it to the dealership
