Default 415 Hp...

Is what they product specialist said today at Taste of Lexus. That has yet to be confirmed from my direct sources, but that is what was told to me this afternoon at the El Toro (Irvine) Taste of Lexus.

415hp. I will confirm this and torque numbers shortly.

I think different people in the company are all getting different things from different places. You could talk to a project manager, someone who works in autoshows, the powertrain department, or like Ryan has, a product specialist.

It could very well be 415HP but I guess we should just want and see what the official rating is. I have gotten a rating from a very reputable source as well, that was different and a little higher than that one. I think that people within Lexus are guessing just as much as we are...but again...who knows?

You hit it on the nose. Numbers are thrown out to spoof the general public. Lexus is doing a good job by keeping the buzz alive and people on their toes.

If it's less than 430, they've missed the mark IMHO.
