Cracked exhaust header flange. Probably bad motor mount contributing to the failure too.
My mechanic told me it may also be related to the timing chain. He said on a lot of V8s, the system takes 10 seconds or so to pressurize. I have some slight ticking that goes way after about 10 seconds right when the idle drops.

No one knows this better than I do. There's a simple test. Remove the oil fill cap when it is ticking. If it gets louder, it's a cam chain tensioner. If it doesn't, it's something else. The sound in this video is pretty clearly a cracked exhaust header. The sound in my video below is nothing like that.
