I am installing a Joe Z exhaust on my 2011 soon and am wondering if there is any benefit to changing the O2 sensors while I am at it depending on their lifespan. I don’t want to change them for the sake of doing it as they are working fine but if they tend to go out at a certain mileage then maybe I will. I currently have 57k miles on the clock and suspect they will be good for quite a bit longer but wanted to pose the question before I drop the exhaust. Thanks!
i would plan on changing them. After 11 years in service, they're likely to be very difficult to remove without damaging them. I am putting headers and a JoeZ exhaust on my IS F, and have all new O2 sensors for the install. That way I won't be stuck in the process if something doesn't want to come out.

I use the NTK O2 sensors for the upstream sensors in the headers and they work excellently. Do not need extensions so one less failure point.
Honestly you might be better off just getting new ones and getting ahead of the game, the car is 12 years old and sometimes exhaust changes tend to be the death of the O2 sensors. I have a 08 and did the Joe Z exhaust back in 2016 and the sensors were fine, but when i did headers about 3 months ago that was all she wrote for them. 2 of them were stuck so i needed new ones anyway, might as well do yourself the favor really
Pretty sure the ones on my 2011 hadn't been done and were simply aged out when I started getting codes for them, but replacing them along with the wiring from PP--as I have their headers--fixed the problem. If you're going to be fiddling around under there, you might as well be proactive. My issue came up just past 60k miles for reference.
