Nothing aftermarket that I am aware of. The factory components are expensive and integrated with the pre-crash system, so that means even more components (seat belts, etc.) on top of the radar cruise ones (switch, computer, grille, emblem, sensor, etc.).

It gets expensive fast.

I actually use Carmate fan shape blind spot mirrors for all my cars, even my RX with blind spot mirror detection.

They are adjustable - my wife and personally like them and feel they are very useful.
