Hi @isfree very informative post thank you! It's tough to tell from photos but looks like in some of them the perfect black may be quite close as well, if you did it over again would you stick with ebony?
Perfect black is pretty close too. I'd still go with ebony. You won't noticed a color difference when its installed in the car.
I probably would try to just ignore the warning stickers if you can, because I didn't cut it that well and the edge is fluffy. Maybe scissors would be better than a xacto knife.
