I find it odd that every single surface in, and on this car, is an absolute pleasure and joy to touch. . .except these creepy feeling sun visors. On my 24 vert, I would certainly have paid a bit more to have sun visors with a much better hand feel, especially as I am touching them soo much here in sunny TX. Anybody come up with better feeling replacements? Are prior MY visors the same, or have they changed over the years?

The visors on my coupe are high quality - same soft material as the headliner. It may be an intentional decision for the vert since they are exposed to the elements?

I think with the alcantara headliner you get the Alcantara wrapped sun visors as part of it (assume you have that either standalone or w/ sport/DH package). Alcantara headliner not an option on vert, but I imagine the parts are the same and could be swapped?
Are the coupe and convertible sun visors the same size? Often, they are different between these two body styles. If identical, could be that you could order some replacements from the coupe model. Or, have them leather wrapped. Doesn't help with the lack of sliding though which would be nice.
