So my 2014 is250 has the navigation reboot, mine is p10433. It makes it past the start up logo then the literature and reboots. Anyways I haven't found the battery reset or fuse pull to work and took it to Lexus which they diagnosed it as a bad unit and needing replacement. im being told the unit is on back order and no telling how long that is gonna be. im not sure where they get the units from but has anyone heard about them being on back order?

I'm not sure how it works on your side of the border...it may be the same...but generally the radio units come directly from the manufacturer to the dealer here.
Which basically means they are all reman units.
When a unit does come in for your vehicle, then they will send your unit back to the manufacturer to get refurbished and it will go out to the next person that needs one.
The units are repaired/reconditioned completely before being sent back out, so it's almost like getting a brand new one.
It's possible they may go on backorder if the manufacturer has sent out all the units, and waiting for the cores to come in...or they may be in the process of refurbishing some cores right now.
I'm new to the forums but not to Lexus. these. are my 2 cars.08 is350 and 14 is250. But Thats what I figured, I just hope it doesn't take too long, I hate not having a radio.i guess ill just have to be patient. my 2014 is250 my 2008 is350
update, so I removed my radio unhooked it from the car last night and the radio was still looping after I reinstalled it . now today I was driving and it started to work perfectly fine for the 1st time in months. not sure how long this will last but hopefully until Lexus calls me with my replacement. Has anyone else experienced it to randomly start working again? im not sure if removing it helped but we'll see what happens.

I have a 2014 is 250 and I'm having the same issue, the radio and nav arre going through a 10 second continuous reboot.
I've tried disconnecting battey, pulling fuse etc. Nothing is working.
Mine head is a P10433 and I'm wondering if other models close will work? I'm searching Ebay and found a P10463... very similar? I'm staying away from anything way off the part number.
