Default RR racing LCA bushing question

Dumb question:

Might be picking up an IS350 soon, and am concerned about excessive tire wear.

Was planning on picking up the R&R Racing LCA bushings, which are pretty pricey at $348/pair for the front.

My main question is: what about the rear tires? Do they also use control arms and are needed? Or is the tire wear less there? Ideally don't want to spend $700+install just to prevent tire wear on this car.

Hi there,

A lot of folks are using the RCF bushings for the front. I just ordered mine a couple of days ago- they were ~$120 for the pair. With expedited shipping the total came to $135.
Part Number Part Name Price Quantity Total
48075-24010 Bracket. $59.22 1 $59.22
48076-24010 Bracket $59.22 1 $59.22
Subtotal: $118.44
Estimated Shipping to xxxxx via Expedited Shipping: $25.09
Discount: -$3.76
Total: $139.77
I ordered from here: https://www.lexusoeparts.com/ but did not shop around for the lowest price.

At stock height, I haven't had any issues with wear in the rear.

I bought the Superpro bushings that Figs sells for a lot less than the RR ones. They don't have the bracket, but a shop can press them into your existing bushings for about 1/2 hour labor. They are made in Australia, and even with the shipping cost the price is very reasonable ($109 + $25 shipping). Here's a link https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...1-90K&_sacat=0

I got the RC/GS-F Ones. Think they were like $80 and otd around $100. It was fro megazip. Common place bought on this site, comes right from Japan.

As for the rear not you do not need a similar item back there. Not an issue unless maybe you lower the car, then your looking at an option of rear camber arms.

Lube is only a temporarily fix. Comes back within months. I have the RR (30k+ miles) and its a loud squeak especially in colder months

This is certainly true for the RR bushings, but I've had the FIGS bushings for over two years now and have not had to relube them. They have only squeaked a couple times on extremely cold winter days. I couldn't be happier with them.
