leather/nuluxe care
What is everyone using on their seats? I've been using Zaino for years, but wondering if there is something better. Zaino is good for leather or vinyl, so it still works for the Lexus fake leather, but would still like something better, with good leather scent.
I use to use Lexol. It gets sticky over time and leaves a slick feeling to the leather. I just ordered some chemical guys leather stuff. It says good for leather, pleather, synthetic, vinyl... We will see
I haven’t had issues with it being sticky personally. I only do a light coat and like once every 4 months or so because my car is garaged.
When I had NuLuxe on my CT and in all of my cars, I've always run Leather-Milk on top of Lexol products which are easily available at your local Autozone/Advanced, etc.
Zero issues, no weird stain or fades, no sheens, just ... clean and hydrated leather/nuluxe.
My 04 s2000, I also use the same for in the near 10 years I've owned it. I drive top down often and have only had the hardtop on occasionally. With that said, my interior including seats to date, look nearly brand new, zero creases, rips, tears, etc.

+1 on the Lexol (specifically the vinyl variant - blue bottle). It does leave a shine, but you're supposed to buff it off a few mins after application which brings the seats and dash back to matte. Mine has kept my Rioja interior virtually new & leaves a really nice smell in the cabin.
