Hello Everyone!
My IS350 is currently at Lexus of Winter Park for service for HD Traffic not working. I deleted personal settings, Disconnecting the battery, disconnecting the fuse as well. I get HD Weather. But no traffic. The technology expert states that I currently have the latest firmware. Any ideas or suggestions? Lexus Technology expert nor the dealer has no clue on how to fix this problem.

UPDATE: Lexus of winter park has ordered a replacement radio. Will take a week for replacement to arrive. Only a 50.00 deductible. Sweet.
But at first, the warranty company Silverrock was very hesitant and began looking into a so called reconditioned unit or from salvage yard. Received the call from Lexus Of WP and was informed that they approved a new replacement unit.

UPDATE:
LEXUS OF WINTER PARK/SILVERROCK(Thank you!) Replaced my radio. I now see HD traffic. Quick boot time. Updated firmware. I am now happy. In case I decide to update to a newer model.
I've never found that the traffic reporting is all that accurate... not sure what their data source is but it's not that great compared to google maps or something similar.
