Sadly I did the same thing my battery had no marking on it that showed positive and negative and because of that i put in it backwards. Turns out what actually burned out was the MAIN FUSE (i think) its the fuse box right next to/or behind (next to the fire wall) the battery... its a very long sliver (shiny) colored fuse. I think its designed to blow so you don't fry the computer which I thought i did and almost had a heart attacked.

Rookie mistake. I found a junk yard where they had a crash IS350 and brought the fuse box from it and installed it. Very tricky to take it apart lots of wires connected to it.

AutoZone probably won't be able to help you AND the dealership MIGHT make you purchase the entire fuse box. You're best bet is purchasing the entire box online (ebay?).

@ Gville350 Thanks for giving us the name of it.

Yea your best bet if your trying to save money is eBay. If not try the dealership.
