Default 2014 "is250" emblem removal

Hello,

Has anyone else tried removing this on their 2014 is250 or is250? Will it leave holes or us it just on with double sided tape? I'm wanting to remove it for a more symmetrical rear look.

Thanks!

There should be a thread on debadging with plenty of pics. But to answer your question, no there is no holes.

Leave your car in the sun for an hour. Clean the area. Use goo gone generously on the emblems. Use dental floss starting from corners in a sawing manner and they will come off.
I did this so i could put black pearl emblems.
