2014 IS-250: Enform / Navigation Screen Restart
Started my 2014 IS-250 F-Sport this morning and the screen/infotainment system restarted while I was playing audio through bluetooth. This has never happened to me before so I'm concerned this might snowball into a larger issue... (replacing radio, etc). I've never ran software updates on the car, and also it looks like no updates are available for download off the website. Has anyone had a similar issue and what was your fix?
Thx

Seems nearly everyone with the exception of me (knock on wood) has had an issue with the system in their 2014s.
Try a search on just this forum and you'll see the topic and different people's solutions all over the place.
One method is reboot radio by holding audio power button.
Another method is disconnect battery for 10+ mins then reconnect, then reboot as described above.
If it was just a 1 time deal for you I'd leave it alone and cross your fingers as I've done

Thanks - did a little research prior which does outline your suggestions. But results seem to have been largely mixed - skewing towards the problem recurring at random times. Haven't come across any threads that ultimately solved the issue. Hope this was a one time thing!
