I had noticed the other day that the touch screen on my is250 is frozen and i cant go into any of the programs i had contacted Lexus in Plymouth and they had said to disconnect the battery for 5 Minutes and then reconnect everything back up again and it should rectified it self but it hasn't has anyone experienced this at all ?????

Yes common issue pretty easy and cheap to fix. Your digitizer is bad and needs to be replaced. I did mine a few days ago with this $8 digitizer and it works perfectly. Just make sure to remove plastic film on both sides

Yeah I made a thread on it and it seems everyone who needed one probably bought one. But they have them on eBay for $20 too
