Default Subwoofer

Any video or forums on how to remove the stock subwoofer in an 2015 IS250 F Sport Non-ML. Any idea on the size of the stock sub? 10 in? Trynna replace it with an aftermarket one as well as put an amp for it to power it. Im new to this DIY and aftermarket parts soooo basically any help would be nice.

why not just get an aftermarket sub and amp? stock amp won't be able to push a powerful sub so you're going to have to get a low watt sub

I wound up tapping into the factory amp for my LOC, due to needing left & right speakers. Then I added my new amp and ran everything to it. I also left my stock sub, which I believe is an 8” because you have to take out the entire rear seat and the deck to get to it.

I did this as well. Just leave the stock sub and put an aftermaket one in the trunk.
