Any particular brand or sku? Would figure it should be a bit more forgiving compared to straight blacking-out of chrome, if any gets missed in the trimming.

I have some pre cut tint film pieces for the front emblem only, which can be an option for those wanted a more straight forward install.

I used Vivvid vinyl. It shows some texture so dont know I would order this style again however their brand in general is good. Very happy with their CF.

More forgiving in the sense that there is less contrast between the transparent vinyl and the chrome, if you were to leave a hairline of chrome exposed.

I missed the cut by 1/64 inch at best with the black and you could totally tell chrome was not entirely covered lol.

Easier to work with is most true in the sense that the material is more pliable than other vinyls.

Have any pics of it? Don't need to see the imperfections, but would like to get an idea of the colouration. For the door trim, did you try knifeless tape, and if so is it recommended? The top piece on the doors looks difficult, as there's no way to tuck under parts of it so it'll need a pretty straight/perfect cut.
