So I need to replace the L emblem on my trunk and wouldn't mind replacing it with a Black pearl one. I seen a set on Ebay for cheap, but it's for a 2GS. Can somebody please do me a favor and measure the width and height of the factory '01-'03 L emblem in the middle? I emailed the vendor and they said the GS "L" emblem measures roughly 2.5" by 3.5". I checked on my car, and it seems a little small. I can't remember if there was a little gap all around the L emblem in that little "pocket" where the emblem mounts.

 

Anybody got a tape measure and a free minute or two?

 

I get 2 3/4 for the horizontal part of the "L" and 2.0 for the vertical. Got afeeling this is going to be interesting.

 

Thanks for the measurements. Is there a gap at all around the emblem, or does it pretty much go all the way to the edge of that area?
