driver door not locking or unlocking w/keyless entry

when i use my keyless entry all my doors unlock and lock except my driver door.. whats can be the problem?

Man, if you find a fix for this BLESS YOU!! I have a 1995 ES300 and my back driver side door doesnt lock or unlock when i use the remote, My mom has a 2000 RX300 and her passenger front door and driver side back door are also just stuck... I never actually tried fixing it though, sounds like this weekend, off goes my door panel!

yes the door actuator had the same prob wid 2000 gs300. the bad news is that the actuator is in the door lock assembly and you cant buy it seperatly. the doorlock for a driver door at my local lexus dealer was bout $280. took bout 45min to put it in, now everything works fine.
