hmmm, some people have issues when they don’t have at least 1 song on their actual iphone and they try to only use a streaming service other than Apple Music.
Rebooted phone to see if it would make a difference and no dice. Connected through Bluetooth and it works, but sound is diminished and the screen "flickers" when connected to bluetooth for some reason....smh. Very frustrating, on top of now I have to take off from work to take it into dealership.

That is super weird. I’m sure it is super frustrating. I haven’t had ANY issues with my IS since I bought it new April 2018. Well besides the known turbo regulator issue that I had fixed under warranty.
