Hopefully it's just plugs, but having 3 bad plugs at once i'm not so sure. Generally a car detects a misfire by irregular crankshaft rotation, which is usually caused by ignition problems, but not always. These kinds of things can be tricky and a tech will start with the most obvious first. Definitely keep us updated as this is highly unusual for a lexus product of any age/mileage, let alone a new car.
