I purchased a CPO 2016 IS200t in May of 2017 at around 7500 miles (dealership loaner vehicle), and in the course of a year have put on roughly 20K+ miles on it (long work commute of about 45 miles each way).
A few weeks ago I completed the 4th of my complimentary services (within 2 years or 20K miles) and didn't have any issues. However, this morning, at the beginning of my commute to work I had noticed the check engine light come on.
After reading the forums, I checked the gas cap right now to make sure it was tightened. I filled up on Saturday 5/5 and may have topped it off, so that might have been an issue, but since I filled up I've already put in over 100 miles so I would think that would've dried out by now.
The other weird thing I noticed was that the Eco Indicator wasn't working (picture attached).
I was considering stopping by an Autozone type store to get a free ODB scan, but I wanted to see if anyone else in the community has come across a similar issue. Any insights/ advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Your best bet is getting the code scanned, you can’t really know what’s going on until you get the code (which will tell you what the problem is) that’s the purpose of the check engine light. (Not trying to sound pissy or condescending)
Doesn't the eco indicator only light up when you're moving?
Clarification: I was driving on the freeway checking all available information and noticed that the Eco Indicator wasn't lighting up blue as it normally does while driving.

I stopped by an Autozone for a free check engine scan and got the following error codes: P0303, P0301, P0302, and P0300. I plan on taking to the dealership tomorrow, but any ideas on what causes this and what the potential out of pocket cost would be?

That’s really weird at your mileage you shouldn’t be getting cylinder misfires. That could be anything from the timing belt (not likely) to spark plugs. Do you make sure to use premium gas (91 Octane minimum)?

Absolutely, always use premium gas because I’m always grumbling how much more expensive it is than the usual 87 haha.
I’m planning on taking it to the dealership tomorrow and hoping the warranty covers any issues considering it’s a CPO, but I’m just surprised at how I’m getting this check engine light literally weeks after my 4th free maintenance checkup at 20K miles since ownership 😑

Without a doubt they will fix it for you at no charge since it’s CPO. Let us know what they say and what it was! 👍🏽
Hopefully it's just plugs, but having 3 bad plugs at once i'm not so sure. Generally a car detects a misfire by irregular crankshaft rotation, which is usually caused by ignition problems, but not always. These kinds of things can be tricky and a tech will start with the most obvious first. Definitely keep us updated as this is highly unusual for a lexus product of any age/mileage, let alone a new car.
and i'm pretty sure the 8AR-FTS has timing chain, not belt.
