2016 is350f sport smart key card

So I have a 2016 is350f sport and want to get the smart key card for it. JM LEXUS says that isn't possible but I feel like they are just being lazy. Does anyone have a verified source on how to do this or who to contact? Even if it's 3rd party, I don't care I just want a working on and not have to carry keys anymore. Thanks for all answers.

It depends. The key card needs to have the exact same ID code that is on the back of the key original key.

I dont think so. Plenty of people have bought new and used key cards and have it sync with their cars without any issues.
When you order the key card by a part # i dont think you will ever know what id code you will get if that even relates.
