Default LED Foglights

Has anyone upgraded the foglights on their IS350 Base (Non Fsport)? Most of the threads on here are about the Fsport foglights, which are different. What are some good options to replace the halogens with?

Thanks

Yep! I've had and shared this secret for years. There is only ONE option for your non F-Sport, THE ONLY, I REPEAT THE ONLY and best option is this:

http://amzn.to/2D5qFnQ

plug and play.

Don't do no crappy LED bulbs or no generic HID crap kits. Only go with what I linked you. Best choice you'll ever make lighting wise. I envy non F-Sport owners and considered a bumper swap just to use these lights.

I had them in my CT200H and they were awesome. Enjoy

Wish there were some nice fog lights for the Fsport. Would really want that deep yellow color on my 14'CT. I'm thinking of getting the Nokya Hyper yellow halogen bulbs.

I bought these fog lights. They are not very bright and wide. In fact, when I switch it on, I dont even see the output much.

Can you share some output shots?

They're not meant to have a long throw as they're intended purpose is fog lights but they're leaps and bounds better than stock and anything else offered. They're designed to supplement. I've also tested Genuine 2016 BMW X5 LED foglights and the output and pattern is quite similar. So best of the best in fog lights aren't meant to compete with headlights--so you may get the false impression they're underperforming. Of course for purposes of pure output, you can do what I did and create a custom setup involving Genuine Toyota LED projectors right out of the corolla.

BTW there are Genuine Toyota LED fogs, but they're super expensive. I think $1000? lol basically the same as the morimotos.

I'd like to give the Morimotos a try. E46CT, what did you use to mount the lights in? Did you have to order some brackets that fit the f-sport bumper, or did you re-use some aftermarket foglight brackets that fit the opening and swap out the lights? Also, do these come with a harness or is there an existing factory harness already in place run through the firewall?

NM. I found your post on the install. Thanks!

Morimotos are NOT for F-Sport. NOT NOT NOT.

Morimotos are direct bolt on plug and play for non F-Sport ONLY.

There's no good choices for F Sport unless you make your own.
