Menu & Home buttons don't work!

I would say the dealership may be your best bet at this point. Perhaps the buttons themselves are not working.

You should be able to press the "Radio" button to get to the radio, then select "Source" from the top of the screen to change the audio source. (Also, the "Media" button should work similarly.) There is also the "mode" button on the left side of the steering wheel which should cycle through your sources.

None of the buttons work. I can't control the source, volume, settings. It's like the interface is broken or something.
I scheduled an appointment this week. Can't wait to see how much they want to charge -_-

Update!
Just got a call from Lexus. They are saying I have to Replace the head unit on my car. They have no clue what is wrong with it and said the only remedy would be a complete swap of the head unit.
Has anyone ever had this issue? I feel like I'm about to get ripped off.
The price would be $930.00 -_-

Yea i've looked around to see if I have other options but it looks like i'm stuck.
funny how my warranty ran out in march this year... quite the coincidence -_-
