For anyone that's interested in the setup and keeping it clean while not installing it behind the head unit.

 

Can you post some more detailed information and how you intend to use it. I don't think you can "Cast" google maps which sucks. You can only mirror your screen. It would be fantastic if you could get the nav up there.

Yes i am casting onto the factory nav screen. Honestly it's more for fun then anything since the factory is small as **** ! lol

 

I got the idea from you and another guy. I wasn't going to do it since the motion by pass cost around 200 plus but then i found a good deal on the motion by pass for 100 buck so i ended up doing it haha...I am having an issue now. I am getting a hissing noise so i guess i need to get a ground loop.

 

Actually i never tried the google map thing. I only plan to use for music video on a long trip. I will continue using bluetooth for daily driving. It's more of a fun thing then a practical thing lol.

 

yeah sounds like ground loop isolator is needed

 

What is motion by pass and where can you get it for $100?

Is required so DVD and video can be display while the car is not in park. The one Spec provided is for both DVD and navigation. The one i got is only for DVD and video.
