Default Factory Warranty Almost over

I'm coming up to 40k miles and I purchased my car in December. What issues should I have the dealership look at before my warranty runs out?

I've already done the following:
1. Battery drain issue (replaced battery)
2. Rear window wouldn't move (replaced motor)
3. Nav system shut down (did something software related)

Car has been great otherwise.

Model year is 2014. Purchased December 2013. I'm the original owner.

I've had issues with the AC being musty and the seat heaters being weak as ****, but I haven't heard much real resolution with these issues.

The main issues with the first year (2014) of new generation IS were
-navi screen anti-glare coating coming off
-headlamp housing crack causing condensation and lights to go bad.
-slow navigation
-rear fender wheel arch rust possibly
-battery drain because of body ECU

Thats all I can think of on top of my head
