Question How many have RWD vs AWD?

I've got a 2014 RWD FSport. Wasn't easy to find one in the Vancouver area.
Almost all IS3s that I see around town are AWD.
Just curious, what do you have and why?

I have awd. It was the only CPO White on Red available. Otherwise I would have gotten RWD as midpipes and coils are so limited on the awd and gas is horrible...

I have a 17 awd. My 350 only came in awd in Canada but that wasn't a problem for me. Was looking for a reliable daily and always had awd in my previous cars. Every car I've owned so far has had awd haha, not planned that way, just happened. With our winters here, it's a nice thing to have. Just a little piece of mind to help a little with traction.

My IS was AWD as is my current GS. I prefer AWD because when chains are required in the mountain passes, they let you go without them if you have AWD. I'm very impressed with the capability of this AWD system in the snow and we frequently head to the mountains in the winter.

I have a 2015 RWD 350 F Sport. Rwd definitely is sportier in so cal (less weight, snappier shifts with 8 speed).

I have AWD. Was one of the many reasons I came to Lexus. The V6 with AWD isn't that easy to find from other manufacturers in the same class / price range. A BMW with xDrive in this size is typically 4 cyl turbo and not all that exciting to drive.

My past '14 and current '17 IS are AWD.

I would have preferred the better-balanced/lighter RWD model despite the winter climate but it's not available from MY '16 onward in Canada for V6 models.

I'm near the end of my tank and it's reading 13L/100km, mostly city driving. Not too shabby!

Around town I stick to ECO. Your highway driving really makes the difference.

AWD so I can plow my way out of uncovered parking lots in the winter. Wish I had the 8 speed though.
