Default How to open windows using remote key?

I thought 2017 Lexus IS350 F Sport has this feature but it does not open my windows using unlock button and hold. I did some research, older models dealer has to set it up for clients? still same way? or IS does not have this feature?

Dealer has to do it unless you have access to a techstream cable and the TIS software.

You can also enable it using the Carista app and dongle. $40 on amazon.

Dealer should do it for free and they can set the sunroof to open up too. Takes less than 10Min for them.

+ the 2 hour wait for your vehicles turn (hence why I always lag taking it in to them, the wait is forever)

Depends on when you take your car in. I went in the afternoon and they had time to do it quickly.

takes about 10 minutes actually. i know as i work at the dealer. its just the process of paperwork and cleaning of your vehicle.
also 2017 rear seats have seatbelt warnings, i disabled it on my own car just a heads up if anyone hears a chime when driving when the passengers behind havent buckled their seatbelt.

They should've gave you an option for this at your 5k mile service. No biggie, they can program it as others have mentioned in 10 min. You also have the option for the sunroof to open completely or tilt

They didn't mention it, I remembered when I picked up the vehicle and asked them to do it since i forgot early on and service manager said it'll take a while to get your car back.. *like 2 hours*

I said f it... He also said I need the paperwork I got in the mail to checkmark those boxes that I want changed and bring it in next time since they don't have that form there... Kinda ridiculous if you ask me that they don't have a form on hand for the people who forget to bring it at the 5k service, especially since you can literally print it from online. Either that or he was lying.

Dang Premier, I just tell my service guy what I want and they program it. No muss no fuss. I think we have a really good dealer. No games or anything. Just good service. Even free batteries for key fobs!
