Good afternoon, I need your help. My windshield washer does not work on my 2014 IS250 base. I thought it was just out of windshield washer fluid but I just topped it off and it still doesn't work. When I pull the lever back towards me you can hear the motor run but it does not spray. I am unsure what to do, any trouble shooting tips or anything that someone else might have had issue with is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!
Man... I have to say, I've haven't used my wipers, much less my washers in a while... I'd take it to your dealer and have them address if you're still under warranty. Hurry though, as with a 14, you might be close to it ending. Aside from that advice, never heard of this concern. You might try a search of the forum to see if anyone else has posted about something similar.
Oh okay thanks for the advice. I'll keep checking the lines or something. I have almost 65k miles on it do I doubt it is under warranty
Did you buy the car new back in 14? Or did you get a CPO recently? Depending on when and where you purchased it you may still have some sort of warranty on the vehicle. I would check with the dealership.

Oh okay gotcha, I just bought the vehicle in April. I didn't notice the washer or the screen until recently. I will just have to call the dealership and see what they say
If you hear the pump going, that's good, at least the stalk and wiring if ok.
Check to see if any fluid is leaking out from under the vehicle when you pull the stalk. You'd likely need a second person to pull while you look under the car.
If the bottle is full and no leak, then you're looking at a motor or clogged main line. The chances of both nozzles being plugged is slim...very slim.
