Default Windshield Washer & Wipers

I searched the forum, but couldn't find anything. So I wonder if I'm the only one to have this issue or the only one that notices this. In my old 3GS, whenever I would use the windshield washer, the wipers would activate right away, wipe 3-4 times and after a slight delay of about 2-3 seconds, 1 last final wipe. I loved that feature. Now in the 4GS, I notice my wipers don't activate right away and have to use more washer fluid to get the wipers to activate and the "final" wipe doesn't happen all the time (maybe 1 out of every 10 times I use washer fluid will the wipers do the "final" wipe). This annoys me but I am not sure if I have a problem or if this is normal. Anyone?

Yeah I noticed that today, as I have to push the wiper stalk down in order to get it to wipe, maybe you have to hold it down I haven't really tried cause I always try not to set the headlight washers on.

I have not tried mine but u can try turning off the auto wiper then try again. It MIGHT be the auto wiper stopping it to wipe again?

I tried today and you have to hold the washer for a little bit and then they will start to wipe the glass.
