Haha. I hope he does realize that all forms of the 3IS are slow. Tuning it would make it a little less slow but why waste money on a slow car

The 200T has a lag that was too noticeable for me to enjoy. The 3.5L was very responsive and the sweet NA engine just loves to rev and rev. Also, the F sport packages in the lower trims is missing the best feature in the IS line. The AVS is a must and makes the car much better.

SO what car is luxury for you ? Lambo or Ferrari ? Lexus IS isn't a luxury and it costs almost 60k$ CAD over here while TLX costs 43$K, C350, A4 , Q60 Mkz CTS costs about the same as IS/GS, If Lexus isn't a luxury brand for you why drive a Lexus ?, a Regular Porche and Maserati doesn't cost that much more than an IS/GS

I have Sat in, Audi R8, Audi RS7, Range Rover, Maserati, Lambo Ferrari, HellCat, M3 M4 M5, C63 AMG the new M2, X5 X6, Porche Cayman Carrera, to me Mercedes and Lexus has the BEST LUXURY Interior of all and now the TLX.

To all of you thinks TLX inter sucks, listen, maybe you're hating Acura for some reason but new gen of TLX interior really improves and looks more luxury than the 2004-2008, i have 2005 TL still driving, tomorrow we will bring it in to "Performance Acura" and trade in for the 2016 or 2017 TLX, if you guys think new design is ugly seriously go drive an old 1990 Oldsmobile or 1980 BMW they had great shi-t interior like Toyota Corolla and Camry, i like both TLX and IS for Japanese, for European i like Audi S5, BMW M3, Mercedes CLA 45 AMG bi-turbo. Never drove WEAK Car like Corolla Ford Focus Honda Civic Hyundai sh-it, i 1st had IS250 for 6 months, weak like hell, IS200T same power as my TRD Supercharge Toyota Solara, 260hp but Toyota Solara has more wheel torque, 5 persons in Solara it pulls no problem uphill or highway, 5 persons in 200T that thing ain't go nowhere yall. IS350 F-sport is perfect for me, enough power not too much not too less.

true, buying a car that suits your needs and perfect for you, if i want speed i buy Custom Turbo Supra 1996 850HP around 60-80k$ or A Dodge Hellcat or Demon same price, or RC-F used for almost same price compared to 2017 IS350 top of the line, i'm keeping track on a 2015 RC-F used with 50k miles over here in Ontario Canada for around 65k$ CAD wait for couple more years it might drops to 40-50k$ CAD

I don't base my classification of luxury in terms of price alone. the IS interior may look nice visually, but I feel that they did cut a lot of corners in terms of quality.
Pleather is standard now in the IS; at least the TLX is still real leather, i believe? You'd have to get the luxury package in order to get real leather which isn't even available with the F Sport package. There are lots of hard to touch plastic pieces in the car as well.

Because I wanted an affordable, sporty, RWD sedan. Neither Toyota or Honda offer one.

The (slightly) upgraded interior is nice, too.

Your cracked. 8)

maybe you're hating Acura for some reason
Acura is fine, for the price, except they are FWD.

IS350 F-sport is perfect for me, enough power not too much not too less.
IS350 non-F for me, thanks. 8)

Honda hasn't done enough to differentiate the TLX from the Accord... I would save my money and wait for the 18 Accord, which IMO looks better than the Acura. The IS is a better set up with RWD but smaller inside. Lexus does a better job of not feeling like a Toyota versus Acura not feeling like a Honda.

Well, the IS doesn't share its platform with any Toyota in the US. The TLX is a nicer accord.
