Just go buy it at the lexus dealerships. They have it there. Incase yall didnt knoe. Most dealerships offer clublexus members discounts on their parts, etc., well at least the lexus dealerships here in orange county. Shade was like $30, with forum member price came to be $23. Just saying.

I've got front and rear Heatshield brand for all my vehicles. Perfect fit. The rear has suction cups.

I have the covercraft brand one, it doesnt fit with the dash cam like the others stated (because its perfect fitment to the windshield). But i just use the sunshade/mirror visors to hold it in place.

I also have my windshield tinted 50%

I got this one. Couldn't be happier. I never buy anything else. Had one on my CT200H. Perfect custom tailored fit!

+1 for Covercraft. I have Blendmount for my radar detector so I do not need to get the radar off the windshield everytime I need to use the shade. For dash cam the result may vary depending on what dash cam you have. If you do not have radar detector nor dash cam, definitely get the Covercraft.

I love the quality of CoverCraft sunshades but I found it difficult to take down and store after use, especially with passengers in the car.

The quality isn't as good, but I found this to be easier to manage, especially in a smaller cabin like in the IS.

covercraft shade with camera
from the inside. note that i have the shade hanging down a little in order to have the dash cam have a clear view of the outside during parking mode

as i stated before, cover craft shade does not cover 100% of the sides. there's about 1.5 - 2 inch gap on the sides when centered and set flush against the windshield. when i got the dash cam, middle cut out from the shade would touch the camera and also obscure the view during parking mode. so i put the shade hanging a little using the car's headliner shades and it works out perfectly.

Just picked up a kit going for $7.99 at Costco. Fitment is perfect for our windshield. Covers all edges. Plus comes with two "scrims" for side windows. Boom.

Default Front window shade (exact fit) recommendations

Hi all,

does anyone have a recommendation for a good front window shade? I'd like one that would be an exact fit...the front window is quite small from other cars i've seen and the ones that i have are either too big or have too much extra material...

hoping someone has found one that is nearly a perfect fit or something close...

Thanks!

If you're willing to spend a little more money, this one is great.
I've used this brand in my car(s) for 10+ years.
