Odd, my 2010 2IS lexus spoiler came with the template and it cost me $188 USD off ebay from a dealer and $100 CAN to install with an indie body shop.
For my $138 USD 3IS after market spoiler on my 2018 I used Gorilla 30lb outdoor tape so it is going nowhere and I did it myself as there were no screws, I used painters tape for the guide due to the lack of template.

When I got mine, there were Obsidian Black ones for less, something like $129 or $159. Not sure why they were differently priced, but were also from a different supplier. Around $200 though is the cheapest I've seen for the 3IS.
