Default Engine code P0441

I recently changed the spark plugs and oil on my car, and im now getting the CEL P0441?

did some research and a lot of people are saying its related to the emissions control or purge system. I know this code is related to a few parts that could trigger this CEL.
I looked under the engine cover to see if i had any loose hoses or connections and they were all good. I changed the Gas cap and that didnt solve anything.

i cleared the CEL and it only comes on when i start the car. When im driving the code will stay off once i clear the code....WTF!!

Has anyone with the 2014 IS350 come across this engine code?
Lexus quoted me 800 to check and repair it, but im not willing to pay that if its a simple fix.
Any help is appreciated!!

How many miles have you driven it since making the gas cap fix? Sometimes it takes a few miles to clear the error code.

check things in this order

cracked evap purge hose
stuck open purge VSV (vacuum switching valve)
and finally if all else fails, stuck open CSV (canister switching valve) resulting in charcoal canister replacement.

How many times have you started and turned off the car? Sometimes it will take several (as in 10 or more) to clear the check engine code. I just ran into this issue with my truck and man was it a PITA to track down the cause. Good luck.

thank you

I'll look into those areas and hopefully find the issue!

OK so just went through and checked all my hoses and connections and everything looks good. I tried to google the location of the VSV(valve, no idea where this is located)
CSV is located near the gas tank correct?
