Thank you so much, kind sir.

Any idea if the ECU takes time to recognize it's been replaced? Or should it be an instant fix?

I think you should check if the lines are correctly fitted and fix the issue asap if needed. By watching that video, I think it should be an instant fix, however the ECU may need to readjust for best performance, but that could take a couple of seconds, several minutes or miles more... It doesn't matter, just check the lines!!!

I had the same issue with my 2017 IS 200t. Tell them to double check with the wastegate sticking problem. When I mentioned it, they figured it out immediately. One concern I have is an year after I got it fixed, the problem came back and I am concerned that the problem may not be solely on the wastegate.

Default Handling

I’ve had my 2017 Lexus IS 200T for about a month now and when I got I immediately gave it an alignment because the car workhorse drag to the right almost immediately. So I said not a problem easy fix.

Took it back to the dealership where I got it they told me nothing was wrong. Called Lexus and they no the car shouldn’t be doing that what so ever.

so Lexus took it off the dealer to perform a road forced balance on it and notice that the right side was way off. And they performed their own alignment well it’s been a week and it was running good until yesterday when I took it on the freeway and there it went again straight to the right. Now I’m thinking maybe the steering wheel is off because when I came to stop and starting creeping on the car in front of me the steering wheel was turning to the right. Idk what could be the issue because this car has been having nothing but handling issues since I got it. The cargas on it says no accidents or problems on it. Please help
