so i would like to get this exhaust for my car, im kind of new to exhausts but a shop quoted me $200 in labor to install it, is that fair? Any experience with this borla setup and would it work on a 2016 is300 awd, secondly, do i need a mid pipe? I watched youtube videos and people stated it sounds better with a midpipe, any opinions and if so what kind if mid pipe pairs well with the borla exhaust? Thank you!!

Here in SoCal the going rate for axle back installation is $60-100.

Any axle back for 2014 - 2020 will fit your car, AWD mid pipes is where it gets a little tricky as there are less manufacturers than for RWD. Many people have also had custom mid pipes made for their AWD vehicles.

Borla axle back we have in stock. Simple install, should take less than a hour to install that and a less than a hour for the midpipe. Only midpipe available is the Apexi which we have. Invidia is backordered.

Invidia will have a raspy note compared to the borla and magnaflow.

I'm currently running a Joe Z axle-back with a RWD Tsudo midpipe that was custom bent around the transfer case since mine was an AWD (i paid $220). There's only a little drone and compared to the Borla and Magnaflow is more aggressive.
