Probably a dumb question but hopefully someone can help. Looking at getting my windshield replaced on my 3IS. Just wondering if our cars have the added features like Rain Sensing, Lane Departure, and Heads Up Display. I know for sure it doesn't have Heads Up Display but not 100% sure for the others. My vehicle is a 2015 IS350 AWD F-Sport Package 3. Not sure if it makes a difference as well, but i'm located in Canada

 

Iirc, the Series 3 does have rain sensing and LDW. But, just take a look and you will see?!? It's pretty obvious if you have them or not... you should know!

 

I'm not 100% sure about the LDW. What occurs in the vehicle if you do have it? Like, how do I tell?

 

You will have a button to activate it... but now that I think about it, it might not be available in the F-sport since there's no "center display" and it's where it warns you.

 

Or you can call a Lexus dealer, given them your VIN and they'll tell you exactly what windshield you need. Why guess?

 

...that Rain Sensing Wipers ARE part of the F-Sport3 Package but Lane Departure Alert is NOT.

 

For 2014 and 2015 models, F-Sport 3 did not include rain sensing wipers or lane departure alert.

Lane departure alert (LDA) monitors the lane markings and alerts the driver by a beeping and visual notification that you are crossing over the lane markings (when your turn signal is not activated).
