Worked fine this morning and fine on my short drive at 2 pm to the post office. Started looping after I got gas 15 minutes later.

edit: 2015 IS350 F-Sport with Nav/ML

It happened to me, I did the reset which fixed it then turned the car off for about 30 minutes and went back to it and it worked fine. I'm in LA if that helps anyone

I turned off and turned on car twice and the nav still works after the battery reset.

There is no solution yet my service advisor told me that if you bring the car in and they disconnect the battery and do a hard reboot of the system about an hour later it just returns to the same screen. I called the Lexus support line and the guy told me that their engineers are where of it they are working on a six and they will send out an email or something the customers to let them know what they need to do it could result in in cars having to go to the dealer to be fixed which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard they can't just do it over the air they screwed it up over the air why can't they fix it over the air. I have the 2015 RC 350

Default Nav screen out

Just a heads up guys if your NAV screen is out like mine is you have to stop by the dealership to reboot the system ....they're having a problem with the 2015 and 2016 ALL models you have to bring it to the dealer and they have to reboot the system it takes about an hour BUT beware I stoped by the dealer today and I was about 35 cars in the service drive Ahead of me so I suggest making an appointment !!!

Hi see the other threads on the subject it's not as easy as just stopping by the dealer and letting them fix it because the dealer told me after about an hour or two of them rebooting the system it's just going back it's a nationwide problem according to Lexus because I called them and they do not have a solution to it yet

This sucks if a dealership visit is required. I would expect a lot of cars lined up for this re-boot.
Anyone know what the cause is?

so I guess I'm not the only one having this issue. I've had the car a year without this issue and suddenly today after leaving work the nav goes into a continuous reboot cycle. first thing i did when i got home was disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes. it seems to have solved it.. wth?
