Default Wheel Fitting Question

Hi all. I currently have a 2014 Lexus is250 F-Sport.
Im looking into purchasing a set of Avant Grande M310 in Matte Black.

Front- 18x8 offset: 35 Bolt: 5x114.3
Back- 18x9 Offset: 38 Bolt: 5x114.3

One website says that it would fit while the other says that it will not fit. Can someone tell if they will or not? Im new with the whole wheel fitting stuff. Will this fitting make the wheels more flush or less flush then stock wheels? Also if anyone know of some wheels with the same style or design that they recommend I would definitely like to hear about them!

I just installed the AG M580, 19x8.5F(265/30) et35 and 19x9.5R(235/35) et40 fits perfect on my IS300. i would say et35 on the front recess too much in, go with a 15mm spacers to make it flush.
No reason why your 18s wont fit.

Bolt pattern is the right now. Size and offset combo are conservative, so it will fit.

Flush will depend on a couple factors but you'll get a better idea of what you're working with once they're on.
