BOLT Pattern QUESTIONS????

Lexus is the same as most fords right? 5x4.5 and 5x114.3? Sorry if the question is kinda dumb but I need to know if my 20x8.5" wheels will fit nicely on a gs300, they are 5x4.5

Heres a pic of the wheel. The offset is very low...I believe 43?, hardly any dip dish effect. Also they are 5x4.5 but the wheel guides list mustang wheels at 114.3 (which is what they were on) so then 5x4.5 is the same as 5x114.3???? I need to know...cuz I really want to go buy my new car....but I want these wheels to fit.

if the offset is +43, then it is OK. actually the higher the offset (higher + #) means the spokes goes in more. it is just so happend that the wheel you have do not have the deep lip.
i am still not sure about the 5x4.5 bolt pattern though
