Heated steering wheel doesnt
My 2015 IS 350 F Sport has a heated steering wheel. The damn thing does not heat the whole steering wheel, just parts of it. Is there something wrong with the steering wheel or is this a design flaw?
I have had many cars with heated steering wheels, but all of them have heated the full wheel.

It's working as designed. This is how Toyota/Lexus does it - they don't heat the whole wheel.
