Default another tire fitment question for winter

friend has Enkei RP03's that he can sell me. they are 18x9.5 +38 for all 4.

What size winter tires should I purchase if i decide to go with this setup? Will there be any rubbing or spedometer / odo issues? I'm a tire noob and need all the help i can get.

Thanks

Seems to be too wide for winter setup.

Im no expert but those are really wide, plus the offset

Especially for winter tires

I am downizing for winter from 18 to 17x7.5 offset 35+ which are sold by Lexus dealer

Rwc wheels 225/45/17

http://www.rwcwheels.com/en/site/collection/winter-wheels/lexus

Perfect fit

Good luck in your search

Agree with above posts. That is really wide for a winter tire. It will be very difficult to find winter tires that fit and if you do, they will be very expensive. A quick scan on TireRack didn't yield any that fit. You might be able to stretch the tire if the shop is willing...

Thanks guys, doesn't seem like it's worth it to pick up these rims as a winter set. I'll probably get Enkei PF01 17 x 8's on tirerack for my winter setup.

would the 18x 9.5's work well in the summer though ?

Perfect for rear end but too wide for the front.
