Sometimes the door chimes go off when I shut my car off, almost as if I left the lights on or the keys in the ignition (if that were possible), but other times it does not.

I can't for the life of me figure out what I am doing differently. There are no warnings on the display like Window or Moonroof open. My headlights are always on auto.

Does anyone else have this happen?

I find that if I turn the car off first then open the door then there is no chime. If I open the car door first then turn the car off then the door chime goes off. Are you perhaps changing your behavior from time to time when exiting your vehicle?

 

Hmm, that could be it. I'll give it a try. I know it sounds funny, but after 45k miles I haven't been able to figure this out haha.

 

Haha well next time you hear the chime consider it. Let me know if you think that's the case. I found it to be odd every time I hear the chime.

 

if the enform remote app doesn't give you any warnings, you should be fine lol
