Some 3IS owners at Minkara Carview had this and there seems to be a complaint about minor fitment issue -- it has something to do with the gap between the part and the bumper for the passenger side (RHD)/driver side (LHD) as well as a gap below somewhere that he ended up cutting it. But he commented that once installed, fitting issue is not that noticeable.
